The new "Borreluur" (Happy Hour) concept was launched in mid-March, with three types of ready-to-serve sausages in handy 175 g presentation trays. This concept provides the meat market with a new impetus and takes advantage of the continued growth of smaller households and the large group of impulse consumers, for whom enjoyment and convenience go hand in hand.
